I been through a lot of companies before I found Ng and his team. I also had a bad experience with a lot of the previous 6 companies I enquired and consulted with, where many didn't get back, they weren't responsive, or their process was so complicated or their procedure or communication was not good. Ng was extremely responsive, and him and his team are very great with advising and suggesting on structures, most yet, they have been extremely supportive, suggestive, helpful, and also very patient with me and my company, despite I was small start-up hence he really helped a lot to accommodate to that. Neutral and their team are great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone as they've given me the best experience so far and encouraging for my side to get on top of our finances and management.

Well established accounting firm. Very professional work. Accurate and precise transactions and details entries. Very understanding of client needs.. They are very responsive and they follow up in a good timely manner. We have used their service for 3 years until now and I can confirm that they are our No 1 choice for preparing the management account of our company. They also have good and professional network and partnerships with company secretarial firms, audit firms and tax agents.

The reports they produce are much easier to read than some of the reports produced by well known accounting programs.
