Neutral Consulting was founded by partners who place integrity above everything else. That principle guides every part of how we work, from our accounting and advisory processes to how we handle client information, screen and hire staff, and deal with government agencies. Ng Wing Siang

Managing Partner, ACMA, CGMA, C.A. (M)

Mr. Ng has over 16 years of experience in accounting, costing and tax incentive advisory in Malaysia. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He founded Neutral Consulting in 2017 as a tax incentive advisory practice and grew it into a full-service firm covering accounting, payroll, finance and employment passes. He now advises SMEs, multinationals and foreign-owned businesses on setting up and growing in Malaysia.

Believing integrity is the foundation of every successful business, Mr. Ng leads the firm with a focus on doing the right thing and on innovation. In 2024, the firm received the Top Excellence Award at the MIA Digital Technology Adoption Awards, a merit-based recognition.
